Technical and non-commercial port calls

When a vessel needs a berth without cargo work, for urgent spares, stores or repairs, we take it alongside at berth RO-RO 4 in the Port of Constanța, subject to berth availability.

A technical call, also called a non-commercial or non-cargo call, is a port call with no cargo operations: the vessel comes alongside to receive spare parts and stores, to carry out afloat repairs or to wait. We offer it at berth RO-RO 4 for vessels up to 20,000 dwt, with the same equipment and team that work our cargo vessels.

Our cranes and forklifts lift spares and stores on and off the ship, spares can be kept short-term on the quay, and the quay is open to trucks, workshops and repair contractors. Larger vessels can be accommodated on special request.

All services are subject to berth availability. We work with the ship's agent on formalities and the vessel's other needs.
