Every cargo has its own needs. The Mantsinen 200 DES works with seven attachments: steel coils are lifted with the 25 t coil C-hook, wire rod coils with the 3 × 3 t wire coil hook, long steel, pipes, rebar and machinery with the 25 t anchor hook and slings, big bags with the 8 × 1.2 t bag and bale spreader, pulp bales with the 4 × 2 t pulp bale spreader, and bulk (grain, fertilisers, minerals) with the 6 m³ and 10 m³ clamshell buckets. We choose the gear before the vessel reaches the berth, so the operation is fast and damage-free. On request, we carry out cargo condition surveys, for imports and exports, with a report for the client.
We work with the Mantsinen 200 DES quay crane and three 6.2 t quay cranes, all electric, a 3.4–11.9 t Sennebogen mobile crane, ten forklifts from 3 to 16 t, a 45 t Kalmar reach stacker and a Bobcat compact loader. If your cargo is not on the list, we prepare a solution within 24 hours.
