Wire rod coils deform easily if they are picked up the wrong way. That is why we use a dedicated wire rod coil hook that lifts three coils of up to 3 t at a time, through the eye. On the quay and in storage we move them with ram-equipped forklifts.
Coils go straight onto trucks or barges, or are stored under cover, by lot and consignee. On request we carry out a condition survey on discharge and on delivery.
